General Information

Welcome to the Jr.Titan football family,

On this site you will find everything you need to know to register for our football program. Please take the time to read about the fees and volunteer requirements for the Northview Jr Titans Football program.

Our voluntary season training session will kick off in May with our free Speed & Agility clinic. Afterwards, we will post times for voluntary heat acclamation and light training at Abbotts Bridge. Generally 6:30-7:30 on weeknights.

In early June, the high school will host a Jr Titans Football Clinic. Details to come soon.

We will start official practice in mid July. There will be a 1 week period of no pads/helmets. Followed by 1 week of pads/helmets but no contact. Then we will begin our full practice schedule.

Before school begins, we may have practice Monday - Friday. During school, it will only be allowed Monday-Wednesday.

Please register your player by clicking the Registration button on the top left column. Make sure to fill in complete information including emails and cell numbers.  We use email and text to communicate with everyone.

ELIGIBILITY

We are the Northview feeder program, our program is open to our community for players living in Northview High School district. Exemptions can be made with older sibilings attending Northview, Fulton Co  Education employees' children and those living without GMSAA program in their district.

Our football program is primarily for rising 6th - 8th grade but we do allow rising 5th grade players to play up.

K-5 flag and tackle players are encouraged to join the Johns Creek Hawks football program (jchawks.org)

PLAYING LOCATIONS & TIMES

Our program is volunteer based, so our operating hours are outside normal business hours to help accommodate working families.

Football is a team sport, coaches expect players to be at all practices and games. If a player does not attend , it is disruptive and unfair to the other participants. We ask that during our official season & post season, you not have other commitments during times Mon-Wed and Saturdays. Please always communicate with your head coach if your child is unable to make a practice or game as soon as possible , so the coach can rearrange any plans he may have.

Our home field is located at Northview High School , 10625 Parsons Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30097.

Practices are generally held at the main football field. However, if unavailable , we utilize the Abbotts Bridge Rd field and the Parsons Rd field. In the rare events that the school is unavailble we may utilize other locations.

We will officially practice Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30PM - 8:30PM. Exception: Until the beginning of the school, practices may occur Monday-Friday (TBD).

Our games are on Saturdays at various times. Our opponents are in the Metro Atlanta area against teams that are also in the GMSAA.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

In order for our program to operate , be successful and keep fees low; we must have parent volunteering and involvement. Each family is required to fulfill (3) spots during the season. Our volunteer coordinator will be in charge of scheduling these opportunities. If given the opportunity by the league , the Jr Titans may also host jamboree and playoff events , as we have one of the large facilities to accommodate these events. We ask that our community help us with these events as well , as they assist us with fundraising.

FEES

The Jr. Titan Football Program is funded solely by fees collected from players.  We are not subsidized or financially funded in any way by the county, the middle school or the high school.
